Reconnaissance Des Acquis
La Reconnaissance Des Acquis è un metodo di accompagnamento al cambiamento che si rivolge a quelle persone che vogliono chiarirsi su:
- ciò che hanno appreso nella vita
- ciò che sanno fare
- le loro attitudini etiche
- le loro attitudine innate o apprese
con la prospettiva di allinearsi ai loro obiettivi prossimi, e anche alle finalità a lungo termine.
E' un percorso che si suddivide in 6 tappe di cui 3 di lavoro in gruppo, o con il consulente e 3 di lavoro individuale.
La persona ha la completa responsabilità del suo percorso ed è sollecitata a raccontare, a raccogliere i suoi racconti e ad analizzarli.
Si chiede poi di trasformarli in formalizzazioni: lavori a carattere espressivo creativo prodotti con codici non linguistici classici (artistici, grafici, poetici, musicali, artigianali, ecc.).
La formalizzazione è un precipitato di significati che porta consapevolezza.
Il percorso si conclude con la creazione di un progetto per raggiungere gli obiettivi stabiliti.
In tale fase si sollecita la creazione di un portfolio di competenze utilizzabile per promuoversi nel mondo del lavoro o semplicemente come strumento per se stessi.
